About the archive section

The archive documents are available in Adobe Acrobat's Portable Document Format (PDF). This format can be read and printed using Adobe Acrobat software, which can be downloaded for free from Adobe's web site Acrobat is also included in some software packages.

You should be aware that documents held in this format are typically much larger than simple text files. If you are connected via a slow modem over a telephone line, you should consider the likely download time before attempting to retrieve such documents. In order to help you decide, we will give the size of the PDF file alongside its description.

  • The file is self extracting. Once downloaded onto your c: drive (usually downloads into your "My Downloaded Files" or "Netscape" directory).
